Day 1
Airport → Kandy
Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly received and transferred to the scenic hill capital of Kandy. Enjoy a picturesque drive through lush countryside and rolling hills. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing or exploring the surroundings. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Kandy City Tour
After breakfast, proceed for a comprehensive Kandy city tour. Visit the sacred Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most revered Buddhist sites in the world. Continue to the serene Kandy Lake, followed by a city tour covering major viewpoints and local attractions. Later, visit a Gem Museum to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous precious stones. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Kandy.
Kandy → Mawanella → Pinnawala → Bentota
After breakfast, depart for Bentota. En route, stop at Mawanella to visit a Spice Garden, where you will learn about Sri Lanka’s renowned spices and herbal products.
